The stuff is local and they are so welcoming so they delivered Saudi traditions very well. They are so professional and helpful. Very easy and quick check in. E cycling very nice experience. The Villa many time I came back I found clean and tidy.

EVERYTHING

I could not have enjoyed my stay at Habitas AlUla more. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, decorated in a classic Arabian style that blended in seamlessly (and luxuriously) with the dramatic backdrop. The hotel seemed to have thought of every little detail that could make your stay perfect and presented it to you - from electric bikes (plus helmets for safety!) So you have freedom to traipse around the property, to fumigation so you're not troubled too much by scorpions and other nasties, to fresh fruit at the gym. I loved the full slate of activities on offer - my favourite was tabata and bootcamp with Izmeer. Because I was lucky enough to be the only person in the class, Izmeer tailored a session that was perfect for my fitness level and you cannot beat the feeling of working out, outdoors. Absolutely invigorating. The staff were amazingly kind, I had a little bit of a cold so Izmeer made sure we had plenty of hot ginger tea after the work out to keep warm. The soundbath under the stars with Le was memorable - the stars and stillness will be what i take away with me. With how well we were taken care of, I am already planning my next trip back for a wellness solo trip.

Breakfast on the first morning was a bit chaotic but totally understandable given how busy they were. We were impeccably taken care of in any case and the food at Tama was delicious, highly recommend the seafood sayadieh. The flies were incredibly annoying but probably just part of the landscape.

The hotel is serene and peaceful. You can feel the love from the staff and their dedication to making your stay memorable. The food was also really great.

I enjoyed everything, i cannot fault anything.

Place, very polite and friendship personal, good facilities, very good fragnance of bed linen, deliciuos brekfast.

I prefer to have place for gift shop of this place: cups, blankets, t-shirt, gown… Our bike was without one pedal and we needed to wait it a half an hour.

It is located in a secluded valley-like area with amazing rock formation. Villa is very comfortable and staff are all very helpful / friendly. Overall experience is exceptional. Shaleen, who is one of the management staff, offered assistance and guidance throughout our stay which we all appreciate.

Lighting is a bit dark in the Villa and water pressure is not consistent and weak. Only 1 dining option for all meals and no room service.

Absolutely evening was great - this is one of a kind experience! We also had free late check out. Amazing activities, art installations. It feels like you are in another planet) all villas are provided with electric bikes which is great.

Absolute incredible place. One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever seen. - amazing staff with attention to detail. - the pool is beautiful - gym well equipped and clean - luxurious villas, especially the bathroom (both indoor and outdoor showers) - daily program with exercise classes and others. We especially enjoyed the sound bath under the stars and the trampoline workout. - we loved the trampoline and swing in the rocks

- The food was slightly disappointing. Small portions and wrong allergy labeling (several egg and butter dishes were labeled ‘plant-based’ or ‘vegan’). Generally only very few vegan options. The only vegan main dish was basically a couple roasted vegetables. The restaurant staff was disorganized and not trained well on allergies. Our waitress kept suggesting non-vegan options (halloumi and salmon) when I explicitly asked for vegan options. - you hear the golf carts at night. I had a hard time falling asleep as they drive by close to the villas.

Everything is perfect. The staff, the location, the room, the design and everything everything is absolutely worth the money you spend.

Nothing I can complain about. Only thing is probably I only stayed for one night. Lol.

The location is amazing. The pool is very good, for kids also.

The food needs to improve

Staff’s hospitality is great, everyone is smiling and willing to help. To move around the valley, they provide you electrical bikes or the option to call a buggy. The valley itself offers breathtaking views, with the cherry on the top being the views from the pool The accommodation’s amenities are great, there is enough intimacy space between villas. Wifi connection is everywhere in the valley. Food at the Tama restaurant is fantastic. Activities are shared with nearby Caravan by Habitas, such as cinema in open air. We only stayed 1 night which was a bit too short, one should plan for more.
